This year we are proud to present our keynote speaker, Shane Liddelow, PhD. Dr. Liddelow is assistant professor of Neuroscience and Physiology at New York University. The Liddelow laboratory studies the mechanisms that induce different forms of reactive astrocytes, and how they interact with other cells in the CNS. The symposium will also feature a Q&A panel with industry experts with experience at several biotechnology companies.
We invite all who are participating to share their work and submit an abstract of no more than 500 words as part of their free registration. Masters and PhD students are encouraged to present a poster of their research, and outstanding abstracts will be chosen for oral presentations. Additionally, cash awards will be given out for best posters and presentations. To register for the symposium and to submit an abstract, please go to www.graduatesymposium.org and please see the flyer for additional information.
