PhD Achievement Award Applications

Nominations for the USC Graduate School PhD Achievement Award are due to Doug Burleson (burleson@usc.edu) by Wednesday, March 6th at 5:00pm.  This award is intended for students who will be graduating this spring or summer.  The attached document outlines the requirements for the award.  I am also including the signature page for the award.  Please collect signatures from your advisor and the Department Chair prior to submitting your application materials.  I will get the Dean’s signature for you.
